The Sal 2 in Vaqueta Brown. A deconstructed version of the timeless two-strap sandal style. A paired back design, created using a simple design, craftsmanship and elevated components.
Each sandal is entirely hand-cut and hand-constructed from select cuts of Yuketen’s original vegetable-tanned leather. This ‘naked’ leather is breathable and will develop a patina quicker than treated leathers. Complete with a solid brass buckle on the strap.
The three-dimensional footbed constructed with the toe bar, arch support and heel cup increases fitting in the arch and heel and helps the weight to be distributed more evenly across the foot. Two layers of the jute and plantation crepe unit sole provide superior shock absorption and an incredibly soft and slip-resistant tread.
