BECOME AN ADVOCATE OF EPITOME…

At epitome we really appreciate our customers support and believe it deserves recognition so we wanted to give something back! As a thank you for shopping with us online we decided to create a loyalty scheme. As an ‘Advocate of Epitome’ you will gain rewards when you shop with us online.
Our loyalty scheme has three levels. When you make an online order your spend amount will accumulate until you reach the next level of discount, with each level unlocking a greater discount. So the more you spend the higher the discount you receive.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
To qualify for, and to participate in, our loyalty scheme you must be a current registered member on epitomeofedinburgh.com.
You will be automatically enrolled in this loyalty scheme when you place a purchase as a member on epitomeofedinburgh.com.
Epitome may cancel, withdraw or alter the loyalty scheme at any time, including these Terms & Conditions, and any members account, without notice.
The ‘Advocate of Epitome’ loyalty scheme is for personal use only, business use (e.g. purchasing product for the purpose of reselling) is strictly prohibited and will be considered abuse. Epitome reserves the right in its sole discretion, at the point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a purchase constitutes business use.
We can take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including closing or suspending your epitome members’ account and/or revoking any discount accrued if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the loyalty scheme in any way.
LEVELS & REWARDS
Level 1: Total Spend Above £250 = 5% off all subsequent online orders
Level 2: Total Spend Above £500 = 10% off all subsequent online orders
Level 3: Total Spend Above £1200 = 15% off all subsequent online orders
As an ‘Advocate of Epitome’ for each and every order you make on epitomeofedinburgh.com, your purchase amount will be added to your total spend in your members account.
Purchases made in any currency other than Great British Pound (GBP) will be converted to GBP after making your purchase according to the conversion rates at that time.
If you are not enrolled in the loyalty scheme, when you place your first order as a member you will be enrolled and placed at entry level.
Once you have accrued enough Total Spend to take you to the next level, we will automatically move you up.
Each Level will give you access to greater rewards, as notified to you from time to time, which might include discounts, entry to competitions, and prize draws. These will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which we will communicate to you at that time. Some Level rewards including a birthday discount will only be communicated via email so you must be opted in to receive email communications from us to receive these.
Epitome will remove Total Spend level value from ‘Advocate of Epitome’ member accounts that haven't been used for one year.
Total Spend level value cannot be transferred to another members account.
‘Advocate of Epitome’ discounts can only be redeemed by the customer to whom it was issued using the relevant members account details associated.
Only valid on purchases made online at www.epitomeofedinburgh.com.
When you reach a certain level in the loyalty scheme, your discount level will automatically be taken off any future orders.
‘Advocate of Epitome’ discount can only be redeemed by the customer who is at that level, using the relevant members account details associated.
‘Advocate of Epitome’ discount can be used in conjunction with other promotions and promo codes, subject to availability.
‘Advocate of Epitome’ discount can be used for any purchases on our website.
Epitome have the right to exclude items at any time at our sole discretion and which we will communicate to you.
Your Total Spend level value will be classed as pending for 14 days after completing a purchase (the returns period) and then will 'clear' and be added to your members account on the 15th day provided epitomeofedinburgh.com receives the total payment for that purchase and you do not make any returns during the returns period.
Level value will be confirmed on the 15th day after completing a purchase to allow for any returns during the returns period.
If, during the returns period, you return any of your purchased items for a full or partial refund, the pending value will be deducted to reflect any returns made.
If you return an item outside the 14 day returns period once level value has been added, it is at the discretion of epitomeofedinburgh.com as to whether your return is accepted. If it is, we will deduct the equivalent level value to reflect any returns made.
When a return is made, the ‘Advocate of Epitome’ discount level will be altered to reflect the new total spend amount.
You must make sure that the contact information on your members account is at all times accurate and up to date. Epitome will not be responsible if you do not receive any correspondence regarding the loyalty scheme as a result of inaccurate details provided by you.
Level values have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way or traded, except as stated in these Terms.
Postage costs will not be included in your total spend.
If you have previously opted out of receiving email communications from Epitome prior to becoming an ‘Advocate of Epitome’ you will not receive any emails in relation to the loyalty scheme. If you wish to receive communications about the loyalty scheme, please opt back in to receive email communications from Epitome.
You may opt-out of receiving Epitome emails but still be part of the loyalty scheme. However, please note, information about the loyalty scheme will only be found on your members account.
If you opt out at any time, your total spend will be reset to zero.
Any purchases on which you earn Total Spend level value are subject to all applicable UK laws.
