10 Years of Epitome

On the 26th of August 2012, Lisa Taylor opened the door to our Dundas Street Store for the first time. A home for an eclectic brand mix and our in-house, luxury Scottish Cashmere, Cameron taylor*. We offer an inspiring shopping experience with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our online store followed a few years later, taking our Epitome style to an international audience. 

Since day one, we've championed a slower pace - quality, craftsmanship and timeless functionality. We've enjoyed ten years of helping people find their personal style and build a wardrobe based on longevity over trends. We've developed friendships with many fantastic, loyal customers over the years, both in person and online.

We continue to seek out designer brands that share our values and aesthetics. From the beginning, we've had the well-known classics - Danner, A.P.C., Red Wing Shoes. The niche and sometimes quirky Engineered Garments, Kapital and Needles. We've introduced craft-focused brands such as Story MFG, Yuketen, Toujours and Blue Blue Japan. And recently, some fantastic UK-based brands - I and Me, Cawley Studio & Yarmouth Oilskins.
